Unfortunately, this isn't going to happen. I don't have write CVS access and so
have to include the extra files by hand. I try also to provide explicit
instructions on what to do, but there is no way that I can test these. Nature
of the beast. Incidentally, I don't want write CVS access; I'm much happier if
my stuff is peer reviewed!
