For translation purpose, I think LyX should provide a way to synchronize
one document structure over the English document of reference. In
translation mode, the original English document would be opened in a
split view. The translator won't be allowed to break/unbreak sections
and the split view will automatically jump to the corresponding text
pointed by the cursor.
