While I put my foot down about the mess that people had made of the
${topsrc_dir}/forms it was Jürgen that convinced me (and did most of the 
work) to improve fdfix.sh and the makefile so that the files generated by
fdesign could be used directly.

Now all I have to do is convert it to a Makefile.am and then we can always
generate form_xxxx.[Ch] files and remove them from CVS.

Actually, Lars' suggestion that it keeps whatever permissions were on the
file when first committed don't seem to fit my experience:  I committed
this particular fdfix.sh in both the rae and dialogbase branches with
perms of 750 and it ignored that.

Maybe there is a magic command line parameter for cvs that I haven't
bothered looking for?
