A general point about "make updatesrc":
we (ie Allan!) made the policy decision that we should accept only form_xxx.fd
and make the .[Ch] files from this. All files in src/frontends/xforms/forms
conform to this policy and should continue to do so.

Someone explained to me that this was a good thing. Prevents the unwary messing
things up. The argument is less relevant than it was as the generated files
should now be "good enough" not to need changing.
