This file was broken. It seems you have copied the text manually with and editor into the section about kluwer.
The CTAN paths you gave in your don't exist - I can't find a path http://www.ctan.org/tex-archive/language/japanese/ptex-texmf/ and http://www.ctan.org/tex-archive/language/japanese/jsclasses/ I therefore set it to unknown.
