I just found that I can set a UserRole for each column, so I can
actually store the BindFile format as hidden data.

The shortcut editing dialog would have remove, add, ..., and one of
the troubles is that changing lfun there will affect a bunch of
shortcuts...

If you do not display them, surely you can not revert them. Another
proposal is that we display them as separate items, in bold
(modified), but without shortcut (removed). And we allow revert. Is it
OK to you? (This will also change 2).
