It is - for example, Ctrl-t is just next to Ctrl-z on my German keyboard. So from time to time when I want to "undo" something, a PS is typeset. However, I usually typeset PDFs, and I include lots of PDF images, so pressing Ctrl-t leaves me with an unusable LyX for more than a minute. :-( (Yes, I changed the binding to PDF, but you get the point.)
