GuiCitationDialog::initialiseParams(). I'm not sure how this used to
get called....
Here's how it used to be. This function was
QCitation::initialiseParams(), and it was virtual. QCitation inherited
from ControlCitation, and so it got called when that did; and what is
now controller().initialiseParams() was
ControlCitation::initaliseParams(). But now there isn't any
GuiCitation::, there's just GuiCitationDialog::, and this doesn't
inherit from ControlCitation, so it can't be virtual and never gets called.
Some kind of patch is on the way shortly.
