I do not know the zip format well enough to do this. Our embedded
minzip might not support this either.

Open and then save to another file? .tex is called export.

I do not know about max bundle. In the lyx bundled file, relative path
is kept so embedded files in or under the document directory is saved
in their original relative directories.
