That's why there's a checkbox in the preference pane :) (see the patch at bug
1509).

You can if you use a charstyle with the NoSpellcheck keyword in its layout file.

Why not adding those words to your personal dictionary? And even use different
dictionaries for different types of document... IMO, it would be weird to store
such words into the document itself. Moreover they wouldn't be reusable for
other docs, so you would have to do that several times.
