I ran autogen.sh and recompiled from start and now it works fine.

Is "environment.plist" needed anymore? (I mean for BIBINPUTS, BSTINPUTS and
DISPLAY)

I remember something related to makefiles got rebuilt (not sure of what it was
however...).
