Arabic Wiki Page

Hi!

Once we do the ArabTeX / Arabi separation, the Wiki page will have to be 
updated (if you want, I can try to make the changes myself, but I didn't 
want to do it without your OK, Uwe):

 * the cuaArab.bind file should have for the F12 key: "language 
arabic_arabtex" or "language arabic_arabi"

 * I guess more generally, we'll have to have separate instructions for 
each of the backends. Specifically, for ArabTeX, there's the one-time 
setup which needs to be performed; and you also have to make sure that 
the encoding in Document->Languages is set to "LaTeX default". (Do the 
instructions as they are currently work for you? For me on Linux they 
don't, even after I do the one-time setup...)

 * I would like to add the instructions for non-windows to the Wiki as 
well (Dekel's instructions are quite dated, and after the change to 
arabic_arabtex is applied, won't even work). Should I do that on a 
separate page, or in the same page? Or would you prefer that I write it 
up and send it to you, and you will integrate it into the wiki page?
