I think you should add the Linux installation instructions to the
existing wiki page behind the Windows install section. The actual page
contains the both OSes and can be referenced everywhere.
I'm fine with this, and it's easy to create a page LyX.Arabic that
automatically redirects to Windows.Arabic (or vice versa). To do it, just
create the page LyX.Arabic with the content:
