I like "database keys" but am also not sure what is wrong with "bibliography keys".

I can't see any way to do these with a dialog using multiple browsers.

I decided on "Text after" because the eventual natbib support will allow "text
before" also.

This is a bug in the original dialog. Forgot all about it. Thanks.
