I don't know if patches are forgotten frequently, but if they are, is there some way to use e.g. bugzilla to keep a list of patches that are to be considered?
(To me it seems that people manually have to remember patches they send to the list, and that they risk being forgotten. With computers around, the manual bit seems a bit silly)
