I try to adapt myself to the local convention: I was replying to a

BTW, that's the same thing I try to do regarding coding conventions
(spacing/tabs, 'if () {' vs. 'if ()\n{', CamelCase vs. under_score
variable names...) --- I just try to follow whatever's being done in the
file I'm working on...
