We have templates subdir in the user config dir tree, but we do not have the method to access it now. So I add one button to access it. It works like the "User files" button for the dialog selecting UI file or keybind file.
I made this patch because I need it. I wrote a new template for my new lyx layout files. I put it in the templates subdir of user config dir tree. However, I can't create a new file from it now: I can't select it becasue I can't browse to the dir. On windows the "Application Data" dir is hidden... Now I can switch to it with the "User templates" button. Because we have button to switch to the bind and ui subdir, I believe we also need this button for the consistency. The bad thing is that the dialog looks very ugly now... Anyone can test it and give me suggestion? I just test it on Windows XP. thanks! Hangzai
