as I have promissed the second beta is available from

I would appreciate if either Jean-Marc or Lars could copy them to
ftp://ftp.devel.lyx.org/pub/lyx/pre/
As soon as the transfer is done I will send an announce and publish it
in the
web page.
Regarding new commits let us please be careful as we are approaching
the
stable version.
