You forgot to update also scons_manifest.py.

I commited your patch slightly modified: http://www.lyx.org/trac/changeset/17768 I dropped the menu entry as we don't have a menu entry for all subdialogs of the math panel. I also use another XPM-image, a modified version of that what we use in the math panel. regards Uwe
