That's the file to tell SCons what files are needed for a LyX installation.

I disagree. The delimiter dialog is usable and callable without the math
panel. And without it there is no keyboard shortcut to launch it. Please
put it in too.
OK, but then we also need to add a menu entry for the math-matrix dialog.
Could you please add these two menu entries?
