Right now checking if a document has only one language is a costly
operation. However, I can add a boolean member variable to class Buffer,
which will store if the buffer is multi-lingual or not (the variable will
not be 100% accurate, but it doesn't matter).

There is no language named "default".
Maybe we should use "English (American)" instead?
Another issue with multi-lingual support is that if you copy text from an all
English document, and paste it in an all French document, the text will remain
in English, so you get a French-English document.
Maybe we should have the following behavior:
If the document contains only one language, convert the pasted text into
the language of the document, and if the document is multi-lingual,
keep the language of the pasted text unchanged.
