I think we are very close to a 1.5.0 release, here is the list of "more
than major" bugs for 1.5.0svn (12 bugs):

I personally think that, as soon as these bugs are solved, we can
release 1.5.0:
3143 new paragraph doesn't reset text style
3144 text style ignored in many cases
Those two are a mystery to me.
These are less important IMHO but it would be nice if fixed:
3152 TOC dialog has no content (for LyX Tutorial)
I failed to understand this one.
3160 Find&Replace fails in combination with change tracking
Michael, care to give an explanation?
3189 Backspace in Mathed results in crash
I tried hard to fix that one but failed. Andre, could you please have a
look?
3203 possible to import non-utf8 text files
Seems difficult to do internally. I think an external python solution
would be nice.
3206 complete LyX installer version doesn't install on Vista
Don't know.
3252 Cursor is not placed correctly in char style inset
Don't know.
3275 drawing error with multiple, nested insets in the same line
Not very important IMHO. Could be solved by disabling the "singlePar"
optimization in case of nested inset. I will solve this after 1.5.0 by
cleaning up the rowpainter.
3288 event handler crash
Don't know, don't seem to happen frequently (never seen it).
3304 using keyboard map has no effect
Don't know.
3346 Copy/Paste problem within tables
Don't know.
