That's good, in that you've saved LyX's bacon, but it would be nice to print out the exception message if you could. Something like: catch (std::exception e) { lyxerr << "Caught \"normal\" exception: " << e.message() << endl; // cleanup as above... } catch (...) { lyxerr << "Caught some really weird exception..." << endl; // cleanup as above... } -- Angus
