LyX-1.5, unlike LyX-1.4, does not allow easy navigation through
dialogs with the keyboard.
In 1.4, it was not possible to type shortcuts to directly select
buttons in dialogs. (This is not something that applications on Mac
generally do, and I don't know whether it's supported by Qt/Mac.)
However, it was possible to use the arrow keys or tab key to move
among the options, hitting <return> to select.
In 1.5, it's not possible to use the keyboard to navigate to buttons.
(<Tab> still works to navigate to text fields, however.) For example,
in the Insert Citation dialog, it's possible to tab to the Available
Citations list and then type and use arrow keys to select a
particular citation; but it's not possible to select the "Add" button
except with the mouse. Is this a general limitation in Qt4/Mac? Or is
there something that can be done?
(I've tried messing around with Qt's Designer, but don't see any way
to fix this issue.)
