Folks,

there are some exciting news!

The following patch removes the ugly dvipost/pplatex stuff and brings change tracking to the pdflatex world!!!

Please have a look the attached ct-test.lyx to get an impression on what we can do with the newly supported changes/changebar packages.

Guys, if any of you were able to spend some time on testing and code review, if I would be very happy.
New test:

Without patch:
* view->pdflatex is as if changetracking wasn't there
* view->dvi works with "show changes in output", I can print
deleted stuff with red strikeout and new stuff in blue.

With patch:
* view->pdflatex and view->dvi are mostly the same. The change bars
are in the margin with view->pdflatex, nice. They overlap with the
text with view->dvi - not nice, but at least one can see where the
  changes are.
* "show changes in output" only show those changebars. Removed
stuff is gone, no text with red strikeout. New text is there, but
  it isn't blue.
* The \listofchanges command is still an unknown command,
no matter if I view->dvi or view->pdflatex. Do I need something
special for this one to work?

So it seems to me that some of "show changes in output"
disappeared, view->dvi got worse with changebars overlapping text,
and changebars now works with view->pdflatex.
