I don't know if you are planning to commit this one but I wanted to let 
you know that I integrated your changes already in my local tree. I am 
basically rewriting a good part of this code and I hope that it will be 
ready soon.

Until now it's up to you and others to commit the patch - and if you rework that part i'm fine with 
that. Does your rework mean that typing in the section header is committed to the TocBackend 
immediately (Bug 3183)?
