While we are discussing dvipost: I would like to get rid of it for 1.5.0!
dvipost has two drawbacks:
1. It only works with DVI output, pdflatex is badly ignored #§$%
2. It requires pplatex, i.e., it requires more than just a *.sty file.
For those reasons, I would like to replace it by the following three
packages:
1. changebar.sty for producing changebars
(it looks like a very mature package and comes with miktex)
2. color.sty for colorizing text (we already make use of it)
3. ulem.sty for striking out text (we may also use it for inserted text)
Any opinions? If we agree on the migration, I will prepare a patch in
time for beta 2. (Actually, I played a bit with the packages and the
output was fine, even with pdflatex.)
