I've found a way to reproduce this bug: create a file with two paragraphs
(~200 chars each). Cut the whole text, and then paste -> LyX crashes.

ERROR (LyXParagraph::ParFromPos): position does not exist.
ERROR (LyXParagraph::PositionInParFromPos): position does not exist.
ERROR (LyXParagraph::GetChar const): position does not exist.292 (292)
