I've encountered crashes while doing cat & paste (with the new cut&paste code).

More issues:
1. Was \protected_separator changed to ~ ?
2. My "moving argument" patch can be applied (this is not critical)
3. Please re-enable the \direction token. There may be people who used
1.1.5cvs to write Hebrew documents, and I want that LyX 1.1.5 will be able
to read the old format. You can remove it after 1.1.5
