Well, it seems that the spellcheck empty menu/spellcheck restart problem can be one single problem: - first call: memory blank, popup window with blank fields (btw, may still be the old first word not checked problem) - second call after manual closure: memory of the last check - second call after end of doc: no memory present, crash Just my 2c... Could the diacritics problem come from the list of locales not including utf8 ? -- Jean-Pierre
