old-> new is handled in the reading of the .lyx file.
However, documenting the changes will be helpful for reLyX (or
sgml2lyx) and maybe for writing an old->new script when backward
compatibility is dropped. We all know that keeping 0.10.7 around to
re-read old documents is simply not an option.
