Yes, since nobody really had the occasion of using the new syntax.
Having a latex naming convention for \SpecialChar, even if it is not
useful per se, is at least _some_ convention (it will probably help
reLyX a bit).

So what we should do _now_ is to begin documenting what happened since
1.1.4 in a file like development/lyxformat.ChangeLog. We should do it
before everybody forgets (I can say that safely, since I did not
change the format :).
