the LyX team is working hard on LyX 1.5.0. We intend to publish a first
alpha release by mid-November.
Today, we cleaned up the *.po files in the trunk of the SVN repository.
If appropriate, we took your translations from the 1.4.X stable branch
such that your prior work didn't get lost.
If you want to work on LyX 1.5 localization, this is the right time to
start!
About 200 new messages are waiting for you. Most likely, some more
messages will be added as the development of the final 1.5.0 release
continues but the most relevant changes are done.
Please send your .po file update to lyx-devel@lists.lyx.org or
[EMAIL PROTECTED] We will commit your .po file if you do not
have write access to the SVN repository. You can find the relevant files
at svn://svn.lyx.org/lyx/lyx-devel/trunk/po (if you are familiar with
Subversion) or http://www.lyx.org/trac/browser/lyx-devel/trunk/po .
If you need technical assistance in retrieving/editing your po file,
please contact the LyX mailing list mentioned above. In the unlikely
case that you do no longer want to work on LyX, please let us know as
well such that we can look for another maintainer.
