I've just enabled it.
I think we should make a distinction between the different toolbars.
Vertical orientation for the standard toolbar and for the "Command
buffer" do not make sense because we have edit boxes there.
But no need to worry about that for now. The advanced users that we are
know how to drag them back to an horizontal orientation :-)
