Without the the 'review' the toolbar never becomes visible without an additional user interaction. I've only changed it because I was sure that this is a bug, if not then I don't care if you revert it. If you like you could also remove all the other toolbar changes I've made, the only change needed to fix 'toolbar in menu' bug is the change GuiView.C. > > Why does the "Review" toolbar have to have the "review" flag?
