I think the ideal is both: i.e. report it in bugzilla,
then post a cut&paste-copy of the report here also
and with a reference to the bug number.
That gives you the best of both:
* The post here brings it to immediate attention, with luck there will
be an immediate fix.
* If it isn't fixed quickly, it will still not be forgotten because
it is in bugzilla also. Developers check bugzilla now and then.
