I've been playing around with LyX head for a few minutes now, and there are so many problems. Math editing does not work *at all*. Make a table, and it crashes all over the place.
I can't believe we are discussing to stop UTF-8 export because then we can not mix Russian and Hebrew. You can not write a document in Hebrew and Russian in any LyX version.
Do I need to remind you that nobody are pleased with documents full of only numbers? Right now, in fact you can only use LyX to write a budget full of numbers and nothing else.
There is nothing that stops anyone from extending LyX to export in multiple marsian encodings, but LyX has been broken for months, so my conclusion is that at this point, we have to break some eggs to make an omelet.
