I agree but OTOH, I am sure users are willing to accept cumbersome
methods if they don't need to do that too often; I know I will.
Is that kind of customisation easy to implement in the installer?
Another idea is to develop a configuration Wizard that could be launched
from LyX? Something using Python would be a good solution as it is
already shipped with LyX/Win.
