OK, I have the following layouts (and in many cases class files)

ion.layout ion.cls Institute of Navigation proceedings
njsr.layout njsr.cls Nordic Journal of Surveying and Real
                               Estate Research
iagproc.layout iagproc.cls Int. Association of Geodesy Proceedings
isprs.layout Int. Society of Photogrammetry and
                               Remote Sensing

The isprs class file is semi-official, the others are (mostly) homegrown.
I have them (except isprs.layout, which is new) on my own website.

Should these really be packaged with LyX?
