You mean, layout files corresponding to official class files, right? isprs is official in the sense that their Instructions to Authors refer to it. The same for njsr (but then I am the editor-in-chief of that journal :-) I have tried to get the IoN people interested in my class file... let's see what happens. We should certainly think about easier ways to add new classes to LyX, currently it is way too complicated. - Martin
