Hello, my name is djamel and i'm french (sorry for my english). I'm preparing a master of mathematics and I use Lyx to write my dissertation. I think that your work is very good and i hope Lyx will be one of the most used in Unix world and why not in Windows :-( world. I'm making a web site about mathematics and statistics research. In research world, we are sometime stopped because we couldn't resolve an mathematical equation and to be help we need to meet other person sometime in other country. My idea is to give an mailing liste or a chat where (like with Linux) somebody who have trouble could find help. But the difficulty for me is to find a Netscape plug-in editor where we could write mathematical formula to send in a mailing liste or by chat. It's why I've think that maybe your team could help me. I try to read Lyx source, but I'm not a very well programer and it was too difficult for me to extract only the code for write mathematical symbole in an edit form which could be sending. I think my project could move forward the research in mathematics. Then if you or one of your team want to help me please mail me and I'll give you more information about this project.
