The following patch adds multi-lingual support to LyX.
To change the language in the middle of the document,
type "language <langname>" in the minibuffer.
There are still many things that need to be done, e.g.
1. Using multiple screen fonts for simultaneously viewing languages with
different charsets.
2. Put commands for changing the encoding in the generated latex file.
3. Change the keymap when moving between languages (it is currently done
only when moving from Hebrew/Arabic to another language).
4. Spell checking.
