I have started fiddling around with a new 'XMLish' file format.
Currently the writer is about 60% done (at least float and tables
are broken), the reader perhaps 20%.
I'd like to hear your comments and suggestions especially about syntax
and style. I've "translated" (well, my current built of LyX has)
the Userguide document and put it under
http://mathematik.htwm.de/Software/LyX/Test1.lyx
so please have a look and comment!
Currently I switch between the formats when by using a lyxrc option
\new_file_format for writing. The reader does detect the correct format
automatically. Is this approach acceptable? If not, any better ideas?
