I forgot about .po

Hi,

Has been a long time since I translated LyX to Catalan, and today I took
the current ca.po file (1.1.2) and I update it, but...
What to do next ? It appears a binary file, ca.gmo, that it seems that
has to be regenerated, and I don't remember how.

Basically, I need advise on what to do next.
