Every journey starts with a single step. The "current" document wide
hebrew support is the first step. The second step would then be paragraph
level. Then there would no doubt be several other steps before individual
words could inserted into paragraphs. As Asger said the basis for a lot
of that is already done in the old branch so if someone (Dekel?) was
interested enough the hebrew branch could certainly move along quickly and
force the rest along as well.
Note that the different folding insets should probably be merged into both
the hebrew and main branches from a separate third branch. At least if
things fall apart we still have the code even if it isn't incorporated
into the main branch. It also keeps us in closer contact with those
developers producing these patches.
