Why not make [Index] the same size font as [Foot] while we're at it.  Then
we can keep the whole word and it's less confusing for newbies.

I'm inclined to agree with JMarc that we should still print labels and
references in full in 1.0.x.  Although in 1.1.x we could have two Draw()
methods: one full size like we have now; the other [Label/Ref.] in a
smaller font. If we got fancy with our lyxrc/Preferences popup then we
could allow users to select a style for each inset type.
