Printing problem

When I print a file from LyX there is about a 4" top margin. If I view
postscript with gv and print from there, the top margin is 1.5". This is
happening on two machines, one with lyx-1.0.2pre1, teTeX0.4, gs5.50 and
one with 1.0.3, teTeX0.9, gs5.87. There was a time when this did not
happen, but I don't remember when. It seems like somebody else  had a
similar problem, and at that I was not, but had seen it previously.
Anybody remember?
