Hi everyone.

I made some changes to reLyX to call ``noweb2lyx -pre'' and
``noweb2lyx -post'' in the right places. The changes are rather small.

It works nicely and it now means that I can say:

    reLyX -n -c literate-article foo.nw

and it will generate the LyX file foo.nw.lyx from the noweb file foo.nw.

I rolled everything into the patch file (I hope it applies cleanly)
against the latest 1.0.2pre4.
