It is something which has been discussed earlier. One main difference
between the two approaches is also that the current one does not give
an indentation on next paragraph (which means somehow that the
paragraph has not been interrupted). I can think of cases where both
construct may make sense, but we have no way to differentiate them
currently. It would not be evident from a GUI point of view either.
