For use with LaTeX2HTML, it would be very good if paragraph environments
(e.g. enumerate) were followed by a blank line, as otherwise LaTeX2HTML
only sees one paragraph.
When I export a LaTeX file from 1.0.2-pre3, I get something like:
\begin{enumerate}
...
\end{enumerate}
Next paragraph
and so there's no gap in the HTML output (though of course it works fine
in LaTeX).
It also improves the look of the file if you want to edit it manually.
